The initial creation is a quarter repeater that, upon activation, meticulously chimes the number of hours followed by the count of quarter hours since the last hour transition. This extraordinary mechanism operates using two distinct tones: a deep resonance signifies the hours, while a crisp tone denotes the quarter hours.
